This is ala LV f/w2009 collection that you may have seen and its also a reminiscence of what they thought us in pre-school (during decoration at parties usually!)
Here goes!
1)chain (any kind, thick or thin)
2)zippers (metal zips would be great or anything like felt to elastic bands)
3)threads and needle.
4)scissors.
-cut to desired length, the longer the zipper the more you can divide em'.
-and there you have it!
