a road trip...

Kluang's kaya butter toast bun!

Kluang dry beef noodle.

Winter melon at my aunt's garden

Starfruit tree.

Peel off the dry skin and you get an organic loofah sponge!

A room we used to play and sleep in- at your grandparent's.

Here's to all my awaited plans that were planned but couldn't be attained.
Only heaven knows why it had to turn out this way to not one but ALL my pre-planned plans I made for this trip home.
I was readily disappointed and had nothing left in me to question why...

Nonetheless, the turn of events is starting to look like a box of chocolate- like this impromptu road trip to Johor to catch up with my aunt and rekindle our childhood kampung times at my grandparent's old abandon crib we grew up making love letter's at.
It was such a bittersweet moment to look back and see how far we've come but also how many we've lost along the way...
How time is decaying our bodies and in any moment, we'll only be left with memories.

Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.
