For my first birthday after being a Mrs, John handed me the most gorgeous bouquet yet and lavished me to a 5 course lunch at Ronnefeldt Teehaus.
I've never had birthday lunch dates and this was such a treat to be spoiled silly by someone I truly adore!
Although we ended up being really hungry afterwards, we came home and prepped dinner for two- my humble version of hainanese chicken rice and stir fry pak choy while we chin chin with yet another bottle of shiraz!
What a day it was!
Now...where did the years go?!
