I'm a kuih fan and although I don't know how to make any of it...imagining that I do, could be the first step into the right direction.
Anyways, without the proper ingredients- no kuih is possible but with colored sago pearls, we can make believe that's kuih talam we are having yes?
We are in the midst of producing a long awaiting Kuih tee which was in the incubator since a year ago and I hope it will be available before Hari Raya this year or at least before Merdeka. The kuih-zy trend is going strong especially this year and I hope, we'll be in time to serve up our take on this comfort food.
p/s: the sago cooking method is the same- sadly there's no kuih talam taste.
