Carottes Râpées 당근라폐 is pretty popular as a diet food and served at numerous sandwich cafes.
They are easy to make and I've been eating it during my meal as a side dish when I'm needing that sourish fresh crunch.
I usually put olive oil, manuka honey, lemon juice, white vinegar and black pepper!
